Feeling FreshYesterday I went my kids’ school with a cool and wise look (as I thought) but as soon as I entered the office one of the school’s staff asked that why I looked too pale and weary. I was shocked after hearing that because when I left the home for school the last mirror’s glance told that I looked good. Being a lady it is too important for me to look fresh and young all the time and I worked for it also but something went wrong in the last few weeks that most of the people around stating about the paleness and tired look of mine. Time to worry!! Am I getting old or what? But I’ve seen many women older but fresher than me. It means age is not the point. Then it is necessary to find out the reasons and what one can do about it. One has to change the ‘sleepy’ attitude into a ‘sober’ and ‘active’ mood.

Looking weary is a problem that hits us from time to time whether you are a male or female. We should take care of the solutions in order to live a healthy, happy and satisfied life. Last evening I’ve done some research into natural ways to treat the issue. There are a lot of factors that can help our mornings. We will not discuss the serious illnesses that produce bad mornings rather try to focus on healthy persons who have this looking-tired-all-the-time problem. Here are some of the ideas that I’ve found. I’m sharing the tips to help you as well in looking and feeling great not only in the morning but throughout the day.

Our fresh and cool look has a whole system at the back which is related with our usual habits, activities, bedtime behaviors and morning manners. A little change can make a big difference but it is good to choose those options which we can keep on a longer term.

  • Take Adequate Sleep: Tossing and turning most of the night on your bed is a sign of unpleasant sleep. This might be the biggest reason of looking weary during the day. It is important to switch off all the thoughts (especially the rigid one) while trying to sleep. Eating and drinking in night have their significant impacts on the quality of sleep. One must keep an eye on the edibles especially at night to enhance the quality of sleep and freshness for the coming day.
  • Eat Balanced Diet: We all experience energy dips during the day. This happens because of blood sugar level. It is essential to get firsthand knowledge about the usual food we eat. There is no need to be a nutritionist for this. Just try to eat often in fewer amounts to keep the blood sugar level appropriate. It is advised to add protein every time as it helps in slower down the release of sugar in blood and also helps you feel full. Replace the sweets and bakery items with a handful of nuts.

  • Drink Sufficient Water: One of the main reasons of feeling weak and pale is not drinking sufficient amount of water. Our body losses water while in sleeping which makes you feeling tired all the time. Water is essential for energy, general health, skin, hairs, eyes, nails etc. It needs a book to write the advantages of water for our life. A day starts with a glass of water is surely different without having one. It activates our metabolism and makes it ready for a new day. Studies show that a 2 percent drop in our body’s water level makes us remarkably more tired.
  • Avoid Smoking and Drinking Alcohol: It is essential mainly for the weekdays. Also the use of caffeine may prevent you from sleeping. Though alcohol has a sleep inducing effect but it disturbs the nature of natural sleep that keeps you fresh and active. Instead fresh juices or milky drinks help you feel fresh and energetic in the morning.
  • Worry Less: Positivity always shows its advantages. Fill your mind with good and positive thoughts to motivate you for each new day and rest of your life. You should not have a load of problems to solve right after opening the eyes. Feel the beauty of life and be grateful to have one more day to try, love and live. Start your day on focusing what you have rather you don’t. It works as a nice charisma for the whole day. I-can-get-anything-I-want attitude helps you a lot to start the day.

  • Developing morning exercise routine can do wonders. A short morning walk has its great effects on mental and physical health. Moving your body is the best way to start your day. It is not necessary to join a gym or do a full blown activity. It is ok to keep a routine of 5 to 10 minutes energy boosting exercises.
